Returns & Exchanges

ASTR the Label offers returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the ship date. Please note that a return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund unless you opt for an exchange or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include the original packing slip inside your package.

• 3.
  Prepare and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, attach the return label to the outside, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, please allow 5-10 business days for your refund to be processed back to your original payment method.
